By accessing the PaveHub app provided by Sheldon Systems LLC you agree to these Terms of Service.
PaveHub is software operated by Sheldon Systems LLC. Two kinds of people use it, and these terms cover both.
The Subscriptions & billing section applies only to the subscribing company.
PaveHub is provided for use by subscribing companies and the crew, estimators, managers, and owners they authorize. Don't share your PIN. Don't access another worker's account. Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to compromise the system.
You agree the data you enter (clock-in/out times, production reports, damage reports, receipts) is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Fraudulent entries are grounds for termination and may be reported to authorities.
You confirm you have the right to upload any photos you submit (job-site photos, receipt photos, damage photos). The business may use these for insurance, marketing, training, or warranty documentation.
You consent to receive SMS messages related to your job (day-before crew reminders, schedule changes). Standard message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out of any non-required messages. Full messaging terms: SMS/Text Messaging Terms.
If you use PaveHub to send texts, you are the sender. You confirm the people you text agreed to hear from you, and you'll honor a STOP reply immediately. No marketing blasts, no political content, and nothing carriers prohibit. We may suspend texting on an account that draws carrier complaints. Messages currently send from a shared PaveHub number.
Plans. Starter $49/month, Crew $99/month, Business $199/month, in U.S. dollars. Annual pricing may also be offered; if it is, the price and term are shown before you buy.
Free trial. New companies get a 14-day free trial of the Business plan. No credit card. The trial does not turn into a charge. When it ends, an account that hasn't picked a paid plan drops to the free feature set and keeps all its data.
Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the same price and period until you cancel. On iPhone and iPad, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends. To avoid it, turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. On the web, cancel in the app under Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Tax. Prices exclude tax. Texas and other places may apply sales tax to this service. Tax is added at checkout. For App Store purchases, Apple calculates and collects the tax.
Refunds. Charges already billed are non-refundable except where required by law. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple under Apple's policy. Purchases made through the App Store are also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
Your data is yours. Jobs, customers, estimates, invoices, photos, and crew records belong to your company. We don't sell it, we don't advertise with it, and we don't train AI models on it.
You can export your data to CSV any time, including after you cancel. We hold it as a processor on your company's behalf. If you cancel, it stays and stays exportable. If you delete the company, everything is purged after 30 days — and you can cancel the deletion during that window.
Your company is responsible for the data it enters about other people: telling crew that clocking in captures their location, and having permission to text or email customers.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. Downtime for maintenance or vendor outages may occur. Critical records are backed up; transient state may be lost during outages.
Sheldon Systems LLC and the app's developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this app.
Subscribing companies. You can cancel any time as described above. You can also delete your whole account and its data from Settings; it is purged after a 30-day grace period. We can suspend an account for non-payment or for violating these terms.
Crew and staff logins. Your access ends when your employment with the company that gave you the login ends, or sooner at that company's discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. PaveHub is offered only to businesses in the United States.
