Sealcoating Software That Was Built on a Sealcoating Crew
wasn't made by a software company guessing at what you need. It was built by a San Antonio contractor who paves, sealcoats, crack-seals and stripes, and who got tired of running his business out of four apps and a notepad. He runs his own crew on it every day.
Here's what it does for a sealcoating business, and what it doesn't.
Measure the driveway without the wheel
An app for measuring driveways, built into the bid
Search the address, then trace the driveway or lot on aerial imagery:
- Area shapes for driveways and lots give you square feet and square yards.
- Line shapes for cracks, curbs and stripe runs give you linear feet.
- Draw as many shapes as you need, name each one, and the totals add up.
- Cut holes for islands and building footprints.
- Walk mode: on a big or awkward lot, walk the edge and the points drop on their own.
- Precision crosshair: pan to aim, then drop a point exactly where you want it.
Then tap Use in New Estimate. The line items and price come pre-filled from the rates you've set, and the aerial snapshot goes on the customer's estimate, so they can see exactly what you measured.
Aerial Measure is included on the Crew plan ($99/mo) and up, and in the free trial.
Sealcoating estimate template, ready to edit
You shouldn't retype "clean surface, cut in edges, closed to traffic 24 hours" on every bid. comes with starter bid templates. Change the rates to yours and save your own:
- Driveway Sealcoat: priced by the square foot, with scope wording already written.
- Crack Sealing: priced by the linear foot.
- Overlay, New Asphalt Driveway and Pothole Repair, for when the job is more than seal.

Sealcoating proposal template: send a link, not a PDF nobody opens
Hit Send and the customer gets a text or email with a link to a clean page with your logo, phone number, line items and the aerial photo of their driveway. They can approve or decline right there, and you get notified either way. They can also print it or save it as a PDF.
For bigger commercial proposals, you write the scope in your own words: deposit percentage, tax and discount are all on the same page. Any contract terms you add are yours. Have your attorney look them over.
Sealcoating invoice: the bid becomes the bill
When the job's done, turn the estimate into an invoice without retyping a line. The original bid amount stays visible even if the final number changed, so you can see what you quoted versus what you billed.
The invoice page shows every way you take money: your card payment link, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or a check made out to whoever you say. Set them once. You can request a deposit on the same invoice and collect the balance later, instead of splitting it into two documents.
Repeat sealcoating work you'd otherwise forget: SealCycle
Sealcoating is repeat money, and almost everyone forgets to go back for it. SealCycle puts the next seal on the calendar for you:
- Pave a driveway and the first seal is set for 6 months out.
- Seal one and the next is set for 24 months out.
- Every morning you get one list of driveways that are due. It goes to you, not your customers, so you decide who to call.
SealCycle is on the Business plan ($199/mo). You can change the intervals or turn it off.

What it doesn't do (yet)
We'd rather you know now:
- Customers pay through your card link, Venmo, Zelle and so on. doesn't process card payments itself.
- It doesn't sync with QuickBooks. You can export CSVs of invoices, estimates and payroll hours for your bookkeeper.
- It's built for driveway, lot and light-commercial crews, not DOT or highway work.
